REQUIRMENTS
What you need to know, before our furry friend comes to Harley's!
DROP OFFS/PICK UPS
We are open Monday-Friday for regular daycare from 8-5pm, and Saturdays from 9-3pm. Our drop offs during the week are between 8-8:30am and 4:30-5pm pickup. If you cannot accommodate our protocol, and wish to drop off earlier or pick up later, you will be subject to paying an extra fee. Please contact us with any questions or for more info about this policy.

VACCINATIONS
Prior to signing up to Harley's, all dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations. This includes, Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella and flea/tick preventative. We will require proof of vaccinations through email or in person. Failure to show proof of updated vaccination records will automatically subject your booking to be declined.

COLLARS/HARNESS
Upon drop off, Harley's require your pet(s) to have a proper collar and/or harness that is fitted, and secure to their neck/body.
As the owner, it is your responsibility to ensure your dog is properly equipped during our care and safe to use. If you arrive with your dog on a prong collar, please make sure you bring a spare collar with you (eg. flat, martingale, buckle collar etc.) for us to use during daycare. Your pets safety is important to us
BEHAVIOUR & EXCESSIVE BARKING
Being in a new environment and unfamiliar space, we understand that your dog can develop anxiety, and experience behavioral changes. This is a common behavior act, but to any dog who shows signs of aggression towards humans and/or dogs will simply be refused.

Dogs who bark excessively during daycare and/or boarding stay will contacted immediately, as this interrupts the peace of our pack & surroundings.

ACCEPTANCE
In order for your dog to be accepted into Harley's pack, your pet must attend one full day of daycare in order for us to complete an overall assessment of your pet. For longer term boarding stays, we require 1-2 trial nights depending on your dogs personality. This step is mandatory to ensure safety and overall comfort for your pets future stay with us.

All new pack members must be compatible with all breeds and sizes.

HEALTH
For those that require more attention through special care and health needs (injections, late night outings past 9pm, pills given strictly every 1-3 hours) will not be accepted at this time.

Dogs that require pill medication, ear drops, and/or specific sprays, are accepted at an additional cost.
